Santa Marta, May 6, 2025 – Tras La Perla announces the opening of registration for a new free cayenne and fantasy flower decoration workshop for floats and events , aimed at women between the ages of 30 and 45 in Santa Marta. This initiative represents an opportunity for participants to learn a craft skill with entrepreneurial potential, gain economic empowerment, and reconnect with their cultural roots.
The workshop will be led by Luis Pulido , a craftsman and trainer with extensive experience in traditional crafts.
