The Casa de los Pescaítos and the Casa de la Danza are flagship social infrastructures developed by Tras La Perla, located in the historic neighborhood of Pescaíto in Santa Marta. More than just educational centers, they are spaces designed for community gathering, learning, and social cohesion. Since their opening, both houses have aimed to provide an accessible, welcoming, and open space for the entire community — especially for: children and adolescents aged 7–15, youth, parents, Seniors and local educators.

Originally focused on learning through play, Casa de los Pescaítos has evolved into a comprehensive model for community development, constantly adapting to the population’s realities.
